There are only a small number of companies in the world running such high-end equipment, and we have big plans to be the market-leader in sustainable and energy-efficient prefabricated wall panels in Canada. Job Description:

The Site Exterior Finish Lead is responsible for overseeing and executing the on-site installation of exterior components, including siding (stitching), flashing, soffits, and building seal-up. This hands-on role involves managing the site crew while actively participating in the work. The position ensures project success through effective scheduling, budgeting, and coordination with the prime contractor, typically Buildforth. Between projects, the Site Exterior Finisher Lead will transition back to the factory until the next site deployment, working a 14/7 shift, 10-12hrs daily. Read more
