Job description
Job Title: Site Execution Manager
Location: Ahmedabad
Paints industry experience required
Candidates must be from Ahmedabad
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end execution of painting and coating projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to specifications
• Plan site activities including inspections, manpower deployment, and material scheduling
• Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and internal teams for smooth execution
• Ensure high-quality surface preparation, application standards, and finishing across projects
• Manage contractors and workforce productivity while enforcing safety and compliance norms
• Monitor project progress, control material consumption, and minimize wastage
• Handle client interactions, resolve issues, and drive customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Track performance metrics, submit progress reports, and proactively address execution challenges
Qualification and Skills:
• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or Construction Management preferred
• 5–10 years of experience in painting, coatings, or construction project execution
• Strong knowledge of paints, surface preparation, and application techniques
• Experience in contractor management and site operations
• Good planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
