Job Role
• Civil Engineer – Interior Fit-Out Projects

Job Description
• Manage and execute interior fit-out projects from planning to completion.
• Supervise site activities while ensuring quality, safety, and compliance with project specifications.
• Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams for seamless project execution.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress to ensure timely delivery.
• Resolve technical issues and maintain construction and finishing standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Execution:
• Oversee and manage interior fit-out project execution from start to completion.
• Interpret architectural drawings and interior design layouts.
• Supervise on-site construction activities.
• Ensure quality control, safety, and compliance with project specifications.
• Monitor project schedules, progress, and budgets.

Site Supervision & Quality Control
• Conduct regular site inspections.
• Resolve technical and construction-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with structural and finishing standards.
• Maintain high-quality workmanship throughout project execution.

Coordination & Collaboration
• Collaborate with architects and interior designers to ensure technical feasibility and design implementation.
• Coordinate with MEP, HVAC, contractors, vendors, and other multidisciplinary teams.
• Support smooth communication among all project stakeholders.

Project Documentation & Reporting
• Prepare BOQs, project reports, and progress updates.
• Maintain project documentation and execution records.
• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.

Eligibility Criteria
• Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred).
• Proven experience in corporate, commercial, or residential interior fit-out projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and finishing techniques.
• Awareness of architecture and interior design trends.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, and other project management tools.

Preferred Skills
• Knowledge of sustainable and modern construction techniques.
• Experience working with MEP, HVAC, contractors, and vendors.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
