Role Description
HCB is seeking a full-time Site Engineer for road work at our project location in Kala Amb, Himachal Pradesh. The Site Engineer will oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensuring all projects are executed efficiently and meet high-quality standards. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with design specifications, collaborating with project teams, supervising on-site activities, managing materials and resources, and maintaining communication with clients and contractors.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in overseeing on-site construction activities and managing project execution
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients, teams, and contractors
• Knowledge and application of Quality Control measures in construction projects
• Proficiency in Structural Engineering and understanding of civil engineering principles
• Bachelor's degree, diploma in Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site setting
• Proficiency in using relevant engineering tools and software
• Prior experience in road works.
