Site Engineer - Mechanical

Role Purpose :

The Site Engineer is responsible for executing the vendor’s scope of work at site in strict accordance with approved drawings, specifications, schedule, and safety requirements , under the technical direction and coordination of Vinton Engineering . This role ensures accurate installation, quality compliance, and timely completion of the assigned vendor scope.

Ownership & Authority :

Ownership
• Vinton's scope execution
• Manpower productivity
• Quality and safety compliance

Scope & Boundaries :
• Execution of assigned steel / façade / roofing / allied works
• Manpower and tool management
• Vendor material handling at site

Detailed Responsibilities :

A. Execution
• Execute works strictly as per approved drawings
• Ensure correct fixing, alignment, and finishing
• Follow approved erection and installation sequence

B. Coordination
• Coordinate daily with Vinton Site Engineer
• Align work with other vendors to avoid interference
• Attend coordination meetings as required

C. Quality & Safety
• Ensure work complies with specifications
• Cooperate in inspections and rectifications
• Enforce safety practices among workforce

D. Documentation
• Submit daily progress inputs
• Support measurement and inspection records
• Provide material certificates and test reports

Qualifications & Experience
• Diploma / Degree– Mechanical Engineering
• 3–5 years' experience in relevant scope
