Job Opening: Site Engineer (Finishing – Interiors)
Location: Chandigarh (Willing to travel to project sites as required)
Type: Full-Time Immediate Joining Preferred
Industry: Luxury Interiors Turnkey Projects High-End Residential & Commercial Spaces
Role Summary:
We’re looking for a highly skilled Site Engineer (Finishing – Interiors) to oversee and execute high-quality interior finishing works. The candidate must have deep expertise in interior project execution, including civil, carpentry, POP, painting, false ceiling, electrical, plumbing, and coordination with vendors & consultants.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervision and execution of all interior finishing works on-site.
• Ensure top-quality finishing standards for luxury residential and commercial projects.
• Coordination with architects, vendors, clients, and subcontractors.
• Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and maintain site documentation.
• Ensure materials and workmanship meet design and brand quality standards.
• Handle project schedules, site measurements, BOQs, and quality checks.
• Must be proactive in resolving on-site issues and achieving deadlines.
Requirements:
• Experience: 3–8 years in interior finishing execution.
• Knowledge: In-depth technical understanding of entire interior finishing work.
• Skills: Project management, vendor handling, site supervision, team coordination.
• Education: B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering or Interior Construction preferred.
• Must Have: Willingness to travel for site work; good communication and leadership.
