Site Engineer (Civil)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Site Engineer to manage and supervise day-to-day activities at the construction site, ensuring timely and quality execution of work as per the approved designs, specifications, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise all construction activities on site to ensure progress as per schedule.
Ensure the implementation of construction plans and work procedures.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, laborers, and vendors.
Maintain site records including daily progress reports, labor attendance, and material usage.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and legal standards.
Interpret construction drawings and specifications to execute the work accordingly.
Report project status to seniors and highlight any delays or issues.
Assist in estimation, billing, and material reconciliation.
Ensure proper utilization of materials, tools, and equipment at the site.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
2–5 years of site experience in real estate or construction projects.
Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, building codes, and safety practices.
Proficient in reading technical drawings and using project management tools.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage labor on site.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
