Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Site Cum Billing Engineer in Mumbai. The Site Cum Billing Engineer will be responsible for tasks such as BOQ preparation, rate analysis, quantity surveying, and managing billing systems on-site.

Qualifications
• BOQ preparation, Rate Analysis, and Quantity Surveying skills
• Analytical Skills for data interpretation
• Billing Systems management proficiency
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
• Relevant degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Prior experience in real estate or construction industry
