Job Overview
We are seeking a Site Civil Engineer to join our team at DCS Group. As a Site Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, construction, and maintenance of civil engineering projects. This is a full-time position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, and is ideal for someone with less than 1 year of experience.
Qualifications And Skills
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Proficiency in civil engineering software and tools
• Knowledge of construction codes, standards, and regulations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and in a team
• Familiarity with sustainable and environmentally-friendly construction practices
Roles And Responsibilities
• Participate in the planning and design of civil engineering projects
• Manage and oversee the construction of projects, ensuring compliance with specifications and regulations
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality of work
• Prepare and review project documentation, including drawings, reports, and cost estimates
• Troubleshoot and resolve any construction-related issues or challenges
• Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines on construction sites
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure the incorporation of sustainable and environmentally-friendly practices
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and advancements in civil engineering
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and construction staff
