Role Description
For managing our sites (primarily interior sites) in and around Mumbai, we are looking for talented and highly motivated architects with experience from 2 to 5 years.
This is a full-time on-site Site Architect / Designer role located in Mumbai. The Site Architect / Designer will be responsible for architectural design, software development, integration, and project management tasks on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Architecture and Architectural Design skills
• Software Development and Integration skills
• Collaboration skills (working with teams)
• Project Management experience
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Ability to handle long work hours and tight deadlines
Qualities required
• High levels of creativity, imagination, and vision
• Capable of communicating and visualizing concepts (by hand and through the computer)
• Capable of handling contractors and vendors
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Technical Skills
Candidates must be an expert in:
• AutoCAD
• Adobe Photoshop
• SketchUp
• Lumion
• MS Excel
• MS PowerPoint
Location
Preference will be given to professionals who stay in the Western suburbs of Mumbai and can travel to work daily.
