Bearloga Construction LLC is a small business in Harrisonburg, VA. We specializes in EIFS (stucco) and siding installation on residential and commercial buildings.

We are willing to train the right individual regardless of experience, though plastering, siding or other construction experience is preferred. The successful candidate will be responsible for working in a team, setting up scaffolding, painting, plastering, rasping, prepping, measuring, cutting, installing and cleaning up. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for a rewarding career in the construction industry.

Responsibilities:
• Installing EIFS/stucco
• Installing siding

Qualifications:
• willing to learn
• motivated
• ability to work in fast paced environment
• ability to lift 70lbs when required
• must have own transportation to get to jobsite within an hour radius of Harrisonburg
• not be afraid of heights

.Preferred:
• Any Construction experience
• Any plastering or drywall finishing experience
• Any siding experience
• Any experience working with scaffolding or ladders

We are willing to train the right person regardless of experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week

Compensation Package:
• 10++ contract
• Hourly pay
• Performance bonus

Schedule:
• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
