We’re Hiring an E-Commerce Executive!
We're looking for a dynamic and motivated
E-commerce Executive
specializing in Nykaa operations who will be responsible for managing and optimizing the brand's presence and performance on Nykaa. This role involves coordination with internal teams and Nykaa representatives, monitoring sales and performance metrics, and executing strategies to enhance brand visibility and profitability on the platform.
Role Responsibilities:-
1. Account Management:
Handle the day-to-day operations of the brand’s storefront on Nykaa, ensuring accuracy in product listings, descriptions, and pricing.
Coordinate with Nykaa account managers to plan campaigns, promotions, and deals.
Ensure compliance with Nykaa guidelines and policies.
2. Sales & Performance Optimization:
Monitor and analyze sales data, product performance, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
Implement strategies to increase sales, such as bundling offers, upselling, and cross-selling.
Track and improve key metrics like conversion rate, cart abandonment, and average order value.
3. Content & Visual Management:
Work with the creative team to ensure engaging and high-quality images, banners, and content are used on the platform.
Update and manage product listings to reflect inventory, new launches, and promotional activities.
Ensure brand guidelines and aesthetics are consistently represented.
4. Campaign Planning & Execution:
Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute campaigns during sales events, seasonal promotions, and new product launches.
Optimize ad spends for sponsored listings and ensure the best ROI.
5. Inventory Management:
Monitor stock levels to prevent stock-outs or overstocking.
Coordinate with the supply chain and warehouse teams to ensure timely replenishment and fulfillment.
6. Customer Engagement:
Analyze customer reviews and ratings to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.
Ensure timely responses to queries or concerns raised through Nykaa’s interface.

What We’re Looking For:
2- 5 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in beauty or fashion.
Proficiency in Nykaa Seller Panel and other e-commerce platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
