Beyond Curb Appeal is looking for a friendly, organized, and reliable Showroom Assistant to help keep our busy summer season running smoothly. This is a hands-on role based out of our 5,000 sq. ft. showroom, supporting everything from customer communication to scheduling and payment follow-ups. If you're someone who loves a bit of variety in your day and enjoys helping things run behind the scenes (and sometimes on the floor), this might be a great fit.
What You'll Be Doing:
Answering phone calls and responding to emails
Following up with customers about quotes, schedules, and payments
Updating install schedules and keeping notes organized
Greeting and assisting walk-in customers in the showroom
Helping with general admin tasks — wherever help is needed
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role
Strong communication skills — friendly, clear, and professional
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Someone who’s organized, reliable, and happy to take initiative
Comfortable interacting with both customers and contractors
Details:
Full-time, Monday to Friday
Contract position from now until the end of September
On-site role based out of our showroom in Calgary
