About Konfidis Realty
Konfidis Realty is a Toronto-based real estate brokerage expanding across Ontario. We’re building a network of licensed REALTORS® and real estate agents who can assist with buyer showings in growing communities throughout the province.
As demand continues to grow, we’re looking for dependable local agents in Barrie, Brampton, Kitchener-Waterloo, Ottawa, Kingston, London, and Guelph to support active buyer activity in their area.
About the Role
We’re seeking licensed Ontario REALTORS® (RECO-registered agents) to conduct buyer showings at residential properties across Ontario. This is a flexible, ongoing contract opportunity designed for agents who want supplemental income, additional buyer exposure, and flexible scheduling.
This is not a salaried or full-time role. Instead, you’ll receive showing opportunities based on active buyer demand in your market and be compensated for each completed showing.
What you'll do
• Conduct buyer showings at properties across the GTA
• Coordinate scheduling and logistics with our team
• Maintain professional standards throughout each showing
What you'll get
• Paid per showing at competitive rates
• Regular, ongoing opportunities — not one-offs
• Direct exposure to active buyers, with any client relationships you build remaining yours to keep
• Flexible scheduling that works around your existing book of business
• A low-pressure way to grow your pipeline and prospect for listing engagements
Who we're looking for
• Licensed Ontario realtor (RECO-registered)
• Based in or near Barrie, Brampton, Kitchener-Waterloo, Ottawa, Kingston, London, or Guelph
• Responsive, reliable, and professional
• Comfortable working independently
• Newer agents welcome and encouraged — this is a strong way to build your book early in your career
