We are seeking a friendly and proactive Shop Assistant to join our team.(Monday,Tuesday and Friday,Saturday from 5-10pm). The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting with daily shop operations, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors.
Responsibilities
Customer service: Welcome customers, take food and drink orders, and answer questions about the menu.
Food preparation: Prepare, heat, and finish cooking simple food items according to food safety standards.
Order fulfillment: Serve food and drinks, pack orders for takeaway, and ensure customers have everything they need.
Point of sale: Operate a till and process payments (cash, card) accurately.
Cleaning and maintenance: Keep the serving and eating areas clean, tidy, and restocked, which can include clearing tables and washing dishes.
Skills
English language required.
Experience in similar role desireble.
