With operations in 10 countries, we have proudly contributed to high-profile projects such as light rail systems, bridges, hospitals, and various civil, commercial, industrial, and residential developments.
We are currently looking for a Shipping Coordinator to join our team in Ottawa! This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a dynamic team and a great workplace.

Role and Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and oversee daily shipping schedules and dispatch procedures
Coordinate with other departments and supply chain units for seamless operations
Communicate with third-party haulage companies and customers
Provide regular updates to stakeholders and maintain accurate dispatch records
Prepare reports (progress, fuel, etc.) and shipping documents for next-day deliveries
Quickly resolve shipping-related issues to maintain service quality
Perform other duties as required to support the shipping department
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
Bilingual (English and French is a strong asset)
Familiarity with Excel and Google Workspace is an asset
Strong communication and organizational skills
Team player with initiative and autonomy
