Tecalemit USA is seeking a full-time Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team. If you are interested, please submit your resume for consideration.
Job Responsibilities
Prepare shipments by reviewing work orders, packing lists, and shipping documentation.
Receive incoming materials and verify quantities against packing slips and purchase orders.
Inspect received goods for visible damage and report discrepancies.
Package, label, and prepare products for domestic and international shipment.
Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
Load and unload trucks and organize inventory within the warehouse.
Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records.
Assist with cycle counts and inventory management activities.
Coordinate with purchasing, production, and customer service departments regarding shipment status and material availability.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following company procedures and safety regulations.
Complete required shipping, receiving, and quality documentation.
Perform general warehouse and labor duties as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.
Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, squat, and crouch for extended periods.
Forklift experience preferred.
Valid driver's license required.
Reliable transportation required.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer skills and experience with shipping software are a plus.
Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred.
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
