Job Description
Designation: - Supervisor /Shift Engineer -CNC Machine Shop
Department:-Production
Qualification: - DME/BE
Experience: - 5 to 7 Years in engineering Industries
(Preferable Industries, Forging, Automobiles, Pump and Casting industries)
Salary: -Up to 50,000 monthly CTC
Shift Time: 08.00 AM to 08.00 PM
Responsibilities:-
Well Versed with CNC setting & programming.
Monitoring day to day production on CNC, generating the reports, Target Vs. actual and root
cause analysis for deviations.
Machining time analysis to increase productivity and reduce production cycle time.
Standardized the Setting procedures and reduce setting time.
Developing CNC Machines preventive Maintenance plan, Implementing and maintaining the
same.
Manpower Planning for CNC Machine shop.
Fulfilling ISO Formalities and record keepings.
Monitor and control rejection and rework.,
