Responsibilities
The engineer will provide onsite Smart Hands and Network Deployment support for Cisco
Wireless LAN Controller (WLC) installation and SD WAN replacement activities
Stage and prepare equipment prior to deployment
Rack, install, and cable Cisco 9800 Wireless LAN Controllers (WLCs)
Perform power, fiber, and Ethernet cross-connects
Verify switch port availability and physical connectivity
Install SFP modules, fiber patch cords, and Ethernet cables
Support remote engineers during implementation and cutover
Validate installation and troubleshoot basic connectivity issues
Remove and package legacy network equipment (when required)
Provide site updates and completion photos

Key Responsibilities
• Stage and prepare equipment prior to deployment
• Rack, install, and cable Cisco 9800 Wireless LAN Controllers (WLCs)
• Perform power, fiber, and Ethernet cross-connects
