Seth Law Chambers, a law boutique law firm dealing with Arbitration and Commercial Disputes, is in the process of expanding its team of lawyers for its office in Delhi.

Minimum Qualifications
• Minimum Educational Qualification: LLB from a reputed university having a good academic record
• Minimum 4 years of Post Qualification Experience in either a reputed law firm, a Senior Advocate's chambers, or an independent counsel's chambers.
• Candidate should be familiar with Arbitration and/or Civil Original Side work
• Excellent written and spoken English is essential

Job Description

1. Legal research and preparing briefs/case notes

2. Drafting pleadings before Arbitration Tribunals, Delhi High Court and Supreme Court of India

. Supervising filing of cases before the Courts

4. Advancing arguments before Arbitrations and Courts

5. Preference would be given to candidates who display the ability to deal with a case from end-to-end, i.e. from advising clients in the pre-disputes stage to arguing before the Court/Arbitration Tribunals to execution/enforcement.
