Servicing Expert
We are seeking a skilled servicing expert to join our team. As a Servicing Expert, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support and maintenance services for analytical instruments.
Your key responsibilities will include performing installation, training, and demonstration of instruments to customers, participating in exhibitions and promotional events, and troubleshooting and repairing issues with analytical instruments.
Key Skills:
• Strong knowledge of electronics and instrumentation.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with CRM and data management systems.
Education and Experience:
• Diploma or BE/B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, or Instrumentation.
• A minimum of 0-4 years of experience in a similar role.
