Qualifications
Servicenow technical team lead background
ServiceNow platform experience
Experience leading a team
ITSM modules - Incident, Change, Problem experience
GRC / IRM experience
ServiceNow engineering, scripting, workflows, integrations & platform customisation experience
Experience in enterprise scale environments and stakeholder engagement
Strong end to end ServiceNow engineering capability
Enterprise transformation experience
ServiceNow Certification would be an advantage
Enterprise delivery experience and strong platform knowledge
