Job Description
> Candidate needs to have good exposure on Scripting, Integration, Web Services, Service Portal (optional but added advantage).
> Candidate should have abilities to create new and debug existing functionality utilizing immediate response methods without enabling system debugging, this includes client scripts, script includes, business rules, UI actions, etc.,
> Thorough understanding of the request process including catalog item forms and workflows
> Understand the requirement and issues directly from Business and ability to proactively provide solutions.
> Experience with development and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM modules – IM, PM, CM, Knowledge
> Experience with ServiceNow client and server-side JavaScript and the ServiceNow APIs
> Experience in scripting and integration is a must as we will be having multiple integrations development in near future.
> Scripted Web-Services, AJAX, Business Rules, JS, SOAP, REST SSO-SAML Setup and Integration of ServiceNow to Other Applications
> Implementation experience in ITSM, Event Management and Service Portal.
> Experience in custom build integrations with ServiceNow using MID Server, JDBC and ODBC
> Experience in working in Agile framework for development and enhancements.
> ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist &/or Administration
