• ServiceNow ITSM Developer: Regular ServiceNow ITSM Developer

• ServiceNow ITSM Developer with BigPanda: Regular ServiceNow developer along with hands-on experience on monitoring tool Bigpanda

• ServiceNow Performance Analytics: Good Hands-on experience with creating management dashboards, Preparing reports based on performance analysis. Use Performance Analytics to track, aggreg

Detailed JD for ServiceNow ITSM developer

• Minimum 5 years in ServiceNow Development

• Good to know ServiceNow Integration, Service portal, CMDB

• Should know ServiceNow Core concepts, client and server-side concepts

• ServiceNow CAD or CSA certified.

• Good communication

• Must have Knowledge in ServiceNow ITIL module.

• Must know ServiceNow platform fundamentals like instance cloning, upgrade, transactions, plugins etc.

• Fine to work during US overlapping hours, (12PM IST to 10PM IST)

• Incident, Problem, Change, and Knowledge Management: Demonstrated expertise in handling incidents, problem, change, and knowledge management processes within the ServiceNow framework.

• Service Level Agreements (SLA): In-depth understanding of SLA concepts, types, and the ability to configure them effectively.

• Import Sets and Transform Map Scripts: Proficiency in utilizing import sets and transform map scripts for efficient data import and transformation.

• Client Scripts, Ul Policy, Ul Actions, and Data Policy: Well-versed in the implementation of client scripts, Ul policies, Ul actions, and data policies to enhance user interface functionality.

• Server-side Scripts: Experience with server-side scripts such as business rules and script include optimizing system performance and functionality.

Service Catalogs, Workflows, and Flow Designer: Proven ability to design and implement service catalogs, workflows, and utilize the flow designer for process automation.
