We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with expertise in ServiceNow to join our dynamic team. This remote position offers the opportunity to work from anywhere while contributing to innovative projects and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM solutions, including CMDB, Discovery, and Integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations.
• Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow applications and workflows.
• Ensure best practices and standards are followed in the development and deployment processes.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and industry trends to continuously improve our solutions.
Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in ServiceNow development, with a strong focus on ITSM and ITOM.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow modules including CMDB, Discovery, and Integrations.
• Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and deploy ServiceNow solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Desired Skills:
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or other relevant certifications.
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript) and UI policies.
• Knowledge of integration methods and tools for connecting ServiceNow with other systems.
