As our business continues to grow rapidly, we are seeking an experienced and proactive Service Technician to join our dynamic team
Job Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic equipment
Carry out inspections, road tests, and fault finding
Complete service documentation and ensure accurate record-keeping
Ensure all work is carried out to a high standard, with a strong focus on safety and quality
Keep up to date with EV's latest service procedures and technology (EV training provided)
Collaborate with service advisors and workshop staff to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
Maintain a clean, organized and compliant workshop environment
Requirements:
Fully qualified automotive mechanic (Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent)
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
Experience with modern vehicle systems (EV experience a plus, but not essential)
Excellent attention to detail and a proactive attitude
Good communication skills and a team player mindset
Valid Australian driver’s license
