Educational Qualification:
BE/BTech/Diploma/ITI 5+ years of experience in service role (HVAC industry background preferred)
Job roles and responsibilities
After sales and presales service to existing and potential clients.
To collect and share relevant customer information required for growing the relationship.
Ensuring that the processes are delivering their intended outputs.
Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches
Tie workflow to schedule
Manage all on site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks
Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
Produce timely and detailed service reports
Document processes
Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
Build positive relationships with customers
To carry out any other duties as directed by the company management.
Must exhibit the following core competencies:
Proven Field Service experience
Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment
Ability to work flexible working hours and to adapt to changing work schedules
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills
Problem analysis and solving
Organizational and Time Management skills
Attention to detail
