Compensation Benefits

Hourly Rate: $36–$40/hour (based on experience)

On-Call Premium Pay: Included
On-Call Schedule: Every other week (Sunday–Saturday)

Job Description:

As a key member of our emergency service team, you’ll respond to a variety of urgent and scheduled residential plumbing service calls, including:

Typical Plumbing Service Calls:

Burst or leaking pipes
Clogged drains, sinks, tubs, and toilets
Sewer backups and mainline blockages
Water heater failures
Sump pump malfunctions and basement flooding
Water pressure issues
Toilet, faucet, or shower replacements
Emergency shut-off valve repairs or replacements
New equipment installation (e.g., water heaters, sump pumps, water softeners, fixtures)
Gas line repairs (where qualified)
Qualifications:

Valid Journeyman Plumber License
Minimum 3 years of residential or light commercial plumbing experience
Comfortable working on-call every other week
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
Valid driver’s license with a clean record
Gas Fitter license or experience is ideal, but not required
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
