All of Ram’s plumbing, heating, and gas fitting work is done in accordance with manufacturer specifications and meet or exceed local, provincial, and national building codes. Our plumbers are Alberta-certified journey people, and our apprentices are registered. All of our plumbing and heating technicians are experts in troubleshooting, best practices, and maintenance.

Ram Mechanical is hiring for our skilled Trades Team . We are looking for certified Journeyperson Plumber/Gas Fitter for our Service Team - Plumber Technician. Ram Mechanical is seeking reliable, motivated professionals who enjoys problem-solving, working with their hands, and taking on a variety of commercial, and light industrial plumbing and mechanical projects. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, shows leadership, and is ready to mentor apprentices while continuing to learn, then this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

· Install, repair, and maintain plumbing and gas systems in accordance with Alberta code.

· Work on new builds, renovations, service calls, and mechanical systems.

· Interpret and follow blueprints, drawings, and job specifications.

· Collaborate with other trades and site supervisors to meet deadlines.

· Ensure a safe and clean worksite at all times.

· Troubleshoot systems and communicate solutions with clients and team members.

· Lead or support a crew depending on project scope and experience.

Qualifications:

· Is a certified Journeyperson Plumber with a valid Gas Fitter (A or B) license

· Brings at least 3 years of post-certification experience (more is welcome!)
• Prior Service experience is an asset.
• Boiler experience is an asset.

· Has a sharp eye for detail and a strong commitment to safe, quality work.

· Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

· Make sound decisions on-site.

· Open to mentoring apprentices and contributing to team success.

· Clean Class 5 driver’s license.

· Able to provide/pass clear criminal background check.

· Holds current CSTS/WHMIS or is willing to obtain

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40.00-$52.00 per hour
