Responsibilities
In this position, the Service HVAC Technician will be responsible for all aspects of the installation, maintenance, inspection, operation and repair of HVAC systems in residential buildings
Complete HVAC related in-home service calls
Serve the customer by expertly servicing their entire HVAC system
Wear floor savers while in the customer's home and maintain a neat work area when performing a repair or scheduled service
Give the customer options for repairs and replacement on every call
Establish customer rapport to provide the right products and services
Educate and assist the customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans
Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win referrals and repeat business
Maintain your truck so that it is neat and clean on the inside and outside at all times
Maintain a clean, organized job site and a well inventoried truck
Always being safety conscious both on the job and while driving
Participate actively in all training exercises and morning meetings
