Sirena, the all-day bistro at the iconic Georgian Hotel, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Floor Manager to lead service on the floor.

We are looking for a confident, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, and takes genuine pride in running a seamless, energetic service. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being fully present on the floor—engaging with guests, supporting the team, and setting the tone for excellence.

• Experience in upscale dining and/or hotel environments
• Understanding of Forbes service standards
• Ability to manage flow, pacing, and team performance during busy service
