About The Role
Provide technical support and after-sales service for HP laptops, desktops, printers, and accessories. Diagnose hardware and software issues, perform repairs, coordinate with service centers, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Ideal for candidates with strong troubleshooting skills and a customer-focused approach.
What you'll do
Diagnose and troubleshoot HP laptops, desktops, and printers. Perform hardware replacements and software installations. Handle warranty and service-related customer requests. Coordinate with authorized service centers for escalations. Maintain accurate service records and job updates. Provide product demonstrations and technical guidance. Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints. Follow HP service standards and procedures.
What we're looking for
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field. 25 years of experience in computer or printer servicing. Strong knowledge of Windows OS and hardware diagnostics. Experience with laptop and printer troubleshooting. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driving license is an advantage.
