Technical Support & Maintenance

Install, test, and maintain equipment or machinery at client sites
Diagnose technical issues and provide timely solutions
Perform routine maintenance and servicing to ensure optimal performance
⚙ Troubleshooting & Repairs

Identify faults and repair equipment efficiently
Replace defective parts and ensure proper functioning
Maintain records of repairs and service activities
Customer Support

Provide technical assistance and guidance to customers
Respond to service calls, emails, and on-site requests
Ensure high customer satisfaction through prompt service
Documentation & Reporting

Prepare service reports, maintenance logs, and inspection records
Maintain documentation of installed systems and service history
Report recurring issues and suggest improvements
Installation & Commissioning

Install new machines or systems as per specifications
Conduct testing and commissioning to ensure proper operation
Train customers on equipment usage and safety
Preventive Maintenance

Schedule and perform preventive maintenance activities
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Minimize downtime through proactive servicing
Coordination & Teamwork

Coordinate with internal teams (sales, production, R&D)
Assist in product improvement based on field feedback
Support senior engineers in complex projects
Continuous Improvement

Stay updated with new technologies and product upgrades
Suggest process improvements to enhance service efficiency
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
