Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Service Engineer at Trimatics Engineers India Pvt Ltd. The position is located in Pune with some work from home allowed. The Service Engineer will be responsible for performing maintenance and repair activities, providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and conducting field service visits. Additionally, the Service Engineer will assist with installation, testing, and commissioning of equipment as well as ensuring that the machinery is operating efficiently and safely. Excellent communication skills are crucial for effectively interacting with customers and team members.
Qualifications
• Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
• Field Service and Maintenance & Repair skills
• Strong Communication skills for customer and team interactions
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Experience with relevant engineering software is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or related field
