As a Service Engineer, your role will involve supporting the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of IT hardware such as printers and laptops. You will be responsible for the following key tasks:
- Installation and servicing of printers, laptops, and other IT hardware.
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues on-site.
- Handling field service operations across Bangalore.
- Providing basic networking and hardware support.
- Maintaining service reports and documentation.
To qualify for this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Diploma / ITI in a relevant field.
- Candidates undergoing or completed hardware/networking training.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Basic knowledge of IT hardware and troubleshooting.
- Willingness to work in the field for on-site support.
- Good communication skills.
