Job Description
We are looking for a customer-focused and technically sound Spanish IT Service Desk Analyst. In this role, you will serve as the single point of contact for internal employees or external clients facing technical challenges.
Because you will be supporting our expanding user base across North America and Latin America (LATAM), qualified fluency in both English and Spanish is required. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues while ensuring an exceptional, empathetic support experience in the users preferred language. .
