Job Description
• Excellent communication skill
• Should have project delivery experience for BFSI customers
• Experience in manging IT infrastructure management or IT project delivery, facing customer
• Project management skills to ensure service delivery
• Should have relevant Technology exposure and should be from delivery background. Core DBA exp will be preferred. Otherwise, should have exposure to OS, MW admin technologies.
Roles :
• Primary owner of the delivery team for the customer working from customer location.
• Need to ensure all delivery commitment and SLA adherence
• Ensuring project delivery on time, within budget and with quality.
• Single point of contact for customer for all delivery related issues/escalations
