Join Our Fleet Workshop Team

Are you ready to take the next step in your career and become a key part of our Fleet and Workshop team in Auckland? We're looking for a Service Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across a wide range of tasks.

This isn't your typical coordinator or service advisor role. As part of our Fleet Administration team, you'll support our local workshops and play a critical part in project support, workflow coordination, and reporting. You'll be working closely with the Workshop Foreman and Regional Workshop Manager to ensure the smooth running of our servicing, repairs, and vehicle maintenance operations.

A Day in the Life:

Start your morning by scheduling fleet servicing and maintenance, ensuring vehicles are booked and serviced on time.
Mid-morning, manage our fleet service system, maintaining accurate records and generating reports on rework, CPK, and ongoing vehicle issues.
Before lunch, take care of invoicing and raising Purchase Orders, ensuring everything is coded correctly and financial processes run smoothly.
In the afternoon, work alongside our Health Safety and Finance teams to resolve issues, keep compliance on track, and support workshop operations.
End your day by reviewing activities, updating records, and setting the workshop up for success tomorrow.
What We're Looking For:

Experience in planning, scheduling, or coordination in a similar environment.
Strong computer skills - comfortable with Microsoft programs and quick to learn new systems.
Accurate data entry skills and a strong eye for detail.
Good understanding of reporting and compliance requirements.
Clear communicator, team player, and highly organised with excellent time management.
Who This Role Might Suit:

A mechanic looking for a change, with solid administrative and data skills.
Experienced Service Advisors or Coordinators from the automotive or transport sectors.
Project managers or admin professionals who enjoy structured workflows and want to get closer to vehicle operations.
About Tranzit: With almost 100 years in the bus and coach industry, we are leaders in delivering high-quality transport and tourism services across Aotearoa, New Zealand. We are on a continued journey to excellence and employ over 2000 team members throughout the country. We are an award winning, family-owned Kiwi company and our team love what they do.
