Serve customers by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information if needed
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
Organize and schedule customer appointments
Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
Receive daily deliveries
Assist in the preparation of regular scheduled reports
Maintain filing system
Develop relationships with tire and parts suppliers
Participate in continuing education to stay up to date with industry standards
Qualifications
2+ years of auto service experience
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Valid Ontario driver’s license
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Ability to think strategically and to lead

Pay: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
