Salary: $60,000 + super
Location: Regency Park, SA
You will be an integral part of a supportive team, handling administrative duties, managing invoicing, and coordinating job schedules. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills, work closely with senior staff, and take on increasing responsibilities in a dynamic business.
Key Responsibilities
Manage invoicing and other administrative duties
Coordinate jobs and assist with daily operations
Answer phone calls and manage communications with efficiency
Support warehouse and showroom operations
Assist with stock management and keep the workspace organized
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in an Air Conditioning environment
Strong skills in Microsoft Office and administrative tasks
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Driver’s license
