Server/Cashier/Cook

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
Ensure all food is prepared safely and in compliance with food safety regulations.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, including equipment and workstations.
Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies as needed.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Engage with customers when necessary, providing excellent customer service and upselling menu items.
Monitor food quality and presentation before serving to ensure high standards are met.
Experience

Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is must.
Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential.
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and customer interaction.
Familiarity with various cooking techniques and equipment is advantageous.
