Server/Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a server/bartender you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving food drinks, and ensuring that our patrons have an enjoyable experience. This role requires strong time management skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons and responding to their needs.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including washing glassware , cutlery and cleaning surfaces.
Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs.
Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol regulations.
Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management
Stay updated on menu changes to provide informed recommendations to guests.
Qualifications

Proven experience as a serving / bartending or in a similar role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
Strong knowledge of bartending ,serving and food safety practices.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Certification in food handling , responsible beverage service and AGLC is preferred but not required to start but must become certified within 30 of employment,
