Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences. As a Bartender, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere while serving beverages and managing customer orders efficiently.

Duties

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is sanitized and in good working order.
Process transactions accurately using the POS system, including cash handling and credit card processing.
Provide excellent guest services by engaging with customers, taking drink orders, and responding to inquiries.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery to guests at the bar.
Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, assisting in ordering as needed.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices.
Qualifications

Previous experience in the food industry or hospitality sector is preferred.
Strong knowledge of cashiering and cash handling procedures.
Familiarity with food preparation techniques and sanitation standards.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest services.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
