Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
Take food orders and deliver dishes to the tables in a professional manner.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware and utensils.
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly.
Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed.
Assist in managing inventory by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages to management.
Adhere to food safety and handling regulations to ensure the health and safety of customers.
Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to create a seamless dining experience for guests.
Stay updated on drink trends, menu changes, and promotions to enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the food industry is preferred.
Strong knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations.
Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink preparation measurements.
Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order processing.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
