About the role :

The Food Beverage Server provid es exceptional quality and service to Restaurant Name guests . In this role, you will be tasked with provid ing an expertly served beverage or dining experience; anticipating the guests’ needs and as an expert on the menu options ; and delivering memorable guest experiences . This role is part of the FB Service , reporting into the Outlet manager .

What you will do:
• Provide an enjoyable dining experience through excellence for quality, professionalism, and friendliness.
• Anticipate guest needs a d satisfaction ; offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests .
• Assist in clearing and resetting tables according to service standards

What you bring:
• An outgoing personality and a can-do approach to an assigned task
• High level of understanding and knowledge of food and wine
• Background in Luxury Resort and Hotel considered an asset
• Confident outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request.
• Minimum 1 year experiences as Server in a 5 star Luxury hotel S
