What You’ll Do:
Deliver welcoming, high-quality dining service with a restaurant-style approach for residents in a senior living setting
Engage with residents each day, providing courteous, patient, and compassionate support during mealtimes
Develop strong connections by learning resident preferences and helping create an enjoyable, personalized dining experience
Set up and maintain a tidy, inviting, and well-organized dining area
Consistently follow all food safety, cleanliness, and service guidelines
Collaborate with team members to enhance resident satisfaction and maintain a positive, community-focused environment
What You’ll Need:
High School Diploma or GED, preferred
Positive, team-focused attitude
Ability to multitask and work independently
Strong communication and customer service skills
