The Role
Server Assistants are the engine behind great service — keeping tables turned, guests attended to, and sections running smoothly. If you move with purpose and take pride in doing the small things right, we want to meet you.
What You'll Do
Water and beverage service, table maintenance, and section upkeep
Run food from the kitchen with accurate dish descriptions
Support your server before they have to ask
Learn the menu including allergens; follow LM allergy protocols
Opening/closing sidework, station stocking, and sanitation standards
What We're Looking For
Team player with a guest-first mindset and positive energy
Basic food handling and sanitation knowledge
Ability to stay organized and calm during a busy service
Food Handlers and Allergen certifications within 30 days of hire
Must be able to stand for full shifts and lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
