You will manage and maintain Microsoft online services, Active Directory, and server health to ensure secure and efficient operations.ResponsibilitiesManage Office 365 services including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and license assignments.Administer Active Directory, including Domain Controller configuration, Group Policy Management, and user account lifecycles.Execute antivirus and patch management to ensure all end-user devices maintain current definitions and Microsoft updates.Troubleshoot authentication failures, DNS resolution issues, and access control list discrepancies.Perform root cause analysis for repeat virus or patching incidents and document findings.Monitor system health using AD Audit Plus and provide logs for internal audit requirements.Required Skills5+ years of experience in Server Administration.Expertise in Office 365 administration (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive).Hands-on experience with Azure AD and Microsoft Intune.Proficiency in Active Directory management and Domain Controller configuration.Experience with Group Policy Object (GPO) creation and management.Strong knowledge of patch management and antivirus deployment workflows.Ability to perform root cause analysis for technical incidents.Familiarity with ITIL standards and change management processes.Competency in managing DNS zones and IP address assignment.Preferred SkillsExperience coordinating with third-party vendors for email security and mail flow.Knowledge of ADFS services and upgrades.
