About The Role
As a Complex SEND Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing support to students with complex special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) in east London. Key Responsibilities
• Provide tailored support to students with complex special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), adapting strategies and interventions to meet their individual needs.

• Support students in accessing the curriculum and participating in classroom activities, promoting their independence and confidence.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and behavior, communicating effectively with parents and colleagues.
