Seoul Dental Clinic

Primary Responsibilities:

- Answer, screen and forward incoming calls

- Greet customers and direct to the appropriate Salesperson

- Receive and distribute daily mail/deliveries

- Prepare various documents and filing to appropriate places

- Process customer credit/debit/cash payments

- Contact different dealerships for daily business needs.

Key Competencies:

- Relevant work experience in reception, administration or customer service equivalent an asset

- Maintain professional etiquette on the phone and in-person

- Knowledge of customer service best practices and general administrative duties

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

- Professional appearance and positive attitude

- Professional English speaker

- Mandarin and/or Cantonese (preferred)

Experience:

- Administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred)

- Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)

- Car Dealership: 1 year (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
